*CATS MUST SIT WITH OWNERS IN RIGHT FIELD McDONALD'S BERM OR SECTION 101. CATS MUST BE IN A CARRIER OR LEASED WHILE IN WERNER PARK.
*Fans can fill out the Registration Form for faster entry inside Werner Park on Take Meowt. Those with completed forms will not need to wait in line at the Cat Registration Table at Werner Park on the night of the game

Participants must be 18 or older to sign their own. Children 17 and younger must have parent/guardian sign. Parents, please include all children's names and ages.
